The brief
Create a small form system for a fictional project intake flow. The design needs visible labels and a useful explanation of what happens after the main action.
Design decisions
Each input keeps its label above the field, with a generous target and a shared alignment. Assistance belongs near the relevant action. Error text should describe how to correct a field rather than using colour alone or deleting the entered content.
Taking the idea further
The specimen is a design study, not a live signup. Production forms require real validation, privacy review, delivery behaviour, failure handling and tests using the actual application backend.
